Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ggames platform. By accessing or using ggames, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ggames online gaming platform, including the website at ggames.one, the ggames mobile application, and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered by ggames (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms in full;
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments;
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
- You are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using the Platform.
These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
02 Eligibility
Access to and use of the ggames Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an account on ggames. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.
- Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on ggames. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
- Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ggames or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
- Not a ggames Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of ggames and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
03 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming features on ggames, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party. ggames will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
- Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify ggames immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Contact our support team via live chat at any time.
- KYC Verification: ggames is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and other documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions.
- Account Currency: All accounts on ggames are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
ggames supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all of which are informational in nature on this platform:
- GCash e-wallet
- PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
- Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
- Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit issued by Philippine banks)
The following payment methods are not accepted on ggames and must not be used for deposits:
- Credit cards (credit card gambling deposits are prohibited under Philippine regulations);
- Cryptocurrency of any kind.
The following general terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. ggames aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, typically within the timeframes published in the Platform's help section.
- Matching Requirement: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
- Transaction Records: You are responsible for maintaining records of your transactions. ggames provides transaction history in your account dashboard.
- Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy fees or administrative charges as published in the Platform's fee schedule.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
ggames offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ggames reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
- Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated in the promotion terms.
- ggames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
- Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
06 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the ggames Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
- Random Number Generation: All electronic games on ggames use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors.
- Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
- Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, ggames reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings generated from a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.
- Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game session, ggames will attempt to complete the game round according to the game's rules. ggames is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.
- Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. ggames reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
- Game Availability: Not all games may be available in all regions or at all times. ggames reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform without prior notice.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggames Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identities;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to ggames immediately;
- Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
- Allowing any third party to use your account, or using any third party's account;
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ggames staff or other players;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
08 Intellectual Property
All content on the ggames Platform, including but not limited to the ggames name, logo, trademarks, service marks, game content, graphics, user interface design, software, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of ggames or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ggames.
- You may not use the ggames name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or disparage ggames.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to ggames may be used by ggames without any obligation to compensate you.
09 Privacy & Data
ggames is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and all applicable data protection regulations.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- ggames collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ggames, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
- Losses arising from technical malfunctions, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform;
- Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
- Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
- Losses arising from events beyond ggames' reasonable control, including force majeure events.
ggames' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ggames account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12 Termination & Suspension
ggames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Failure to complete identity verification or KYC requirements;
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
- Regulatory or legal requirements;
- Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including age requirements;
- At your own request, including self-exclusion requests.
Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and compliance checks.
You may close your account at any time by contacting ggames support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the following resolution process:
- Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting ggames support. ggames will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
- Formal Proceedings: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
- PAGCOR Complaints: Players may also submit complaints to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures.
Nothing in this section shall prevent ggames from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
14 Amendments to These Terms
ggames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ggames will notify registered players through one or more of the following methods:
- A notice displayed prominently on the Platform;
- A notification sent to your registered email address or mobile number;
- An in-app notification via the ggames mobile application.
The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
